Practice your clean and military press while adding in a pulling movement (gorilla rows).  Your legs won’t be neglected thanks to goblet cleans, two-hand swings, and goblet squats. 

With no snatches and no get-ups, this is a beginner-friendly workout.  Advanced students should challenge themselves with heavier bells.

Kettlebell selection:

• One press-sized kettlebell (same as snatch-sized kettlebell)

• One lighter kettlebell for odd-sized gorilla rows.  Can also be a matching sized kettlebell.

• Optional: one heavy bell for goblet squats
